DIY Curtain Orders Terms & Conditions
By placing an order through our website for DIY curtains, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Measurements
All measurements submitted through our online order form are the responsibility of the customer.
Please ensure all measurements are checked carefully before placing your order. Incorrect measurements provided at the time of ordering are not the responsibility of Total Curtain Solutions. All curtain alterations due to incorrect measurements supplied by the customer are subject to alteration fees.
2. Fabric & Colour Variations
We take care to ensure fabrics and finished products closely match the samples, photos, and descriptions shown on our website.
As fabrics are produced in batches, slight variations in colour, texture, pattern, or finish may occur between samples and the final product.
These minor variations are a normal part of textile manufacturing and do not necessarily indicate a fault.
If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue in accordance with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
3. Included Hardware
Each curtain order includes the curtain, track, and mounting brackets required for installation.
Screws, wall plugs, bolts, anchors, or any other fixings are not included. It is the responsibility of the installer to supply the appropriate fixings for the installation surface (including but not limited to plasterboard, timber, brick, concrete, or steel).
4. Installation
DIY curtain orders are supplied for customer self-installation.
Installation is the responsibility of the customer or their chosen installer. Total Curtain Solutions is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect installation, use of unsuitable fixings, or installation into unsuitable wall or ceiling surfaces.
We recommend seeking advice from a qualified tradesperson if you are unsure about the correct installation method or fixings required.
5. Made-to-Order Products
All curtains are custom made to your specifications. For this reason, change-of-mind returns, exchanges, or cancellations after production has commenced may not be possible.
If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
